Anne Jackson is the owner of Jackson Information Design, a complete information design consulting services firm. Areas of focus include web design, technical and business editing, and digital photography, with a special areas of focus in business planning.

Enoch Chan is a researcher at the Institute for Software Research, International (ISRI) at Carnegie Mellon University. His work focuses on semantic web and context-aware mobile web services, and he is currently developing a context-aware system prototype. Outside of the ISRI, Enoch's interests also include working with digital film and video production. He recently graduated from CMU with a Master of Science in Electronic Commerce.
